Until OFFICIAL POLICE GARAGE send a report we gotted out and paid the fees to then and now you guys did the apraisel and want to take the vehicle out with out paying the fees of storages tow and our servive Amalia call and said when can we go to get the vehicle our rep. toll her when you paid fees she said ohoho we dont paid storage or any fees and her attitude was demand, Our Representative toll her no fees no car, She said will settled this with lienholder retaining the car and hand up the phone.

We deal with so many Insurance Company's never deal with someone so Unprofessional like your Representative ajusters.
